No cost, no obligation

Find out who actually owns your website.

We run the audit, write it up, and send it to you. Then, if you want it, half an hour on the phone to go through it. You do not have to hire anyone, and we do not need a single password.

Built for collision and auto repair shops. It works on any business website.

What the report covers

Seven checks, written in English.

What public records cannot settle. Registration data shows who a domain is registered to when that is published at all, which is not the same as who controls the account it sits in, and privacy redaction hides the registrant on most domains. Whether your business is the Owner rather than a Manager of your Google Business Profile is visible only from inside that account. What your contract says about ownership can only be settled by reading it. The report separates what was measured from what needs your login or your paperwork, and never presents the second as the first.Every one of these reads publicly available records or your own published pages. Nothing is probed, nothing is changed, and nothing needs your permission because none of it is private.

Who holds the domain
The registrar of record, the expiry date, and whether the transfer lock is on. Where the registrant is published we name it, and on most domains it is redacted behind a privacy service, so the report tells you which of those two you are looking at instead of guessing. This is the asset that takes the website and the email down together, so it is checked first.
Who operates the DNS
Often a different company from the registrar, and frequently a surprise. Whoever holds it can point your website and your email anywhere, immediately, without owning the domain at all.
Whether your mail can be spoofed
SPF, DKIM and DMARC, in plain language. Most shop domains have some of it and almost none have the policy that actually does anything.
What the site is built on
Which platform, and what that means if you ever want to leave. A site on a proprietary builder is rented, whatever the invoice says.
What a customer on a phone hits
Load time, whether the number is tappable, whether there is any way to send an enquiry from the first screen, and whether http:// quietly serves a second copy of your site.
What search engines can see
Page title, description, structured data, robots, sitemap and page count. Including the occasional site that is still telling Google not to index anything.
Whether AI assistants can read you
Two things. Whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Apple Intelligence are allowed to fetch your pages at all, checked both in robots.txt and by asking your server as each crawler, because those disagree more often than anyone expects. Then what an assistant actually says: we ask it about your business, and we ask it the question your customer asks, and print both answers with the exact wording we used.

The honest part

Two things we cannot check from outside.

Your Google Business Profile

Whether your business is the Owner of that profile or merely a Manager is only visible from inside the account. For most shops it is worth more than the website, because the map result sits above the search results and carries the reviews. Reviews cannot be moved if the relationship with whoever holds it ends. We wrote uphow to check which role you hold, which takes about five minutes.

Your contract

Whether it assigns the copyright, names the accounts, and says what happens on the way out. That is a reading job and it is the half hour on the phone. If you would rather read it yourself first, we wrote upwhat the clause has to say.

Before you ask us

You can do most of this yourself.

That is not a sales technique, it is the point. An owner who has run these checks is a better client than one who has not, and if it turns out you do not need us, you will have found that out for free.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

What does the audit cost?
Nothing, and there is no obligation attached to it. The report is yours whether or not we ever speak again, including the parts that would tell a competitor how to fix your site.
What do you need from me?
Your website address. Everything in the automated section is read from public records: domain registration, DNS, mail records and your own published pages. We do not need any logins and will not ask for any.
How long does it take?
The report is generated in minutes and we send it the same day. The consultation afterwards is a half hour call, and it is optional.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
The report is sent before any call, so you can read it and stop there. We would rather be the people who told you your domain expires in five weeks than the people who booked a meeting about it.
What cannot be checked from outside?
Two things, and they are both on the call rather than in the report. Whether your business is the Owner of your Google Business Profile rather than a Manager, which is only visible from inside that account. And what your contract with your current provider actually says about ownership.
What if the audit says everything is fine?
Then we tell you that, which is a useful thing to know and costs you nothing. It happens, and a report that never finds a clean site would not be worth reading.

No cost, no obligation

Request your audit.

Three fields. We do not need a login, a phone call, or a budget. The report comes back the same day and it is yours either way.

The report is generated automatically and sent to that address the same day, usually within the hour. Goes straight to the house. No list, no sequence, no newsletter.
