Effective August 16, 2026. Written against what this site actually does.
Two things collect anything here: Google Analytics, which counts visits, and the project enquiry form, which you have to fill in deliberately. There are no advertising pixels and nothing is sold to anyone.
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and which links they click. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google an anonymised identifier, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and technical details such as your browser and screen size.
We use it to understand which pages are useful and which are not. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising or remarketing off it.
In addition to page views, we record a small number of specific actions: starting, submitting and completing the project form, clicking an email or phone link, clicking a “start a project” button, and clicking a link out to one of the properties in our portfolio.
To opt out: install Google’s official browser opt-out add-on, or use your browser’s tracking protection or a content blocker. The site works normally either way. We do not gate anything behind accepting analytics.
Being straight about one detail: this site currently reports into the same Google Analytics property as corsaauto.com, separated by hostname. It is a shared measurement property, not a shared marketing database, and it does not join you to anything.
When you submit the form at /start, we receive:
The IP address and country are recorded for one reason: distinguishing real enquiries from automated spam. They are not used to profile you and not used for advertising.
It is sent to us as an email so a person can read it and reply. That is the entire purpose.
We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send you a sequence, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
All three are used as service providers. None is given your information for their own marketing.
Your enquiry lives in our email, so it is kept as long as that mailbox retains it. If we do not end up working together, you can ask us to delete it and we will.
The form does not write to a database. There is no account, no profile and no stored record of you on this site beyond the email itself.
Email hello@corsamediahouse.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it. You do not need to cite a regulation and you do not need a reason.
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
When we build or run a website for a client, any data collected there belongs to that client and is governed by that client's own privacy policy, not this one. Client accounts, hosting and databases are held in the client's name, which means we are not the controller of that data and cannot quietly retain it.
If this site starts collecting something it does not collect today, this page is updated in the same change that adds it, and the effective date above moves with it. That is not a courtesy, it is the only way a policy stays true.
